I conducted tire/soil interaction simulations in Altair EDEM and MotionSolve to gather data that will develop anti-lock braking systems and traction control systems.

Aided the "Big Block" engine line expansion project that added two new engine assembly lines to feed the new generator manufacturing at the Hattiesburg, MS campus. Designed custom tools, work supports, and line layouts, wrote assembly process flows, and worked with contractors/suppliers to design and install machines/robots/tools.

Worked on the generator manufacturing project which relocated Kohler generator manufacturing to the Hattiesburg, MS campus. I designed tools and work supports for the new line in AutoCAD and built some of them in the fabrication shop. I also gathered current engine manufacturing data for consideration in future assembly line installation projects. Lastly, I installed tooling, work supports, fixtures, station computers, and other necessary equipment on the new generator line.
