Currently working as an Area Sales Manager for Liebherr Crawler excavators, responsible for the strategy and sales project in China, South East asia and Pacific. Thanks to the project I followed for 4 years in China, which is the introduction of a new excavator designed in france and manufactured in china, I have gained good competences in project management, reaching the milestones with the best ratio quality-cost-planning with all departements. Coming from a production background, I introduced new ways of thinking, using the lean manufacturing methods and communication tools to work efficiently with the chinese and french project team.
