The Business Unit - "Defence" - provides consultancy services (project management, tenders, acquisition support) and technical advisory in ICT matters, primarily to DALO (Forsvarets Materieltjeneste). In addition, handling of International Cooperation Contracts with international defence industry falls under this Business Unit.Roles:- Business Unit.

Initial assignment as Senior Project Manager with responsibility for a number of consultancy projects offsite at customers (Telecommunications, ICT and Maritime). Primary tasks were planning, recruiting and management of projects as well as contract negotiation.Second assignment (2005 and forward) as Quality Manager, responsible for developing and driving.

Responsible for several departments with employees in Denmark and the US.Roles:- Manager, Platform Product Services- Manager, Systemtest (HW)- Manager, Systemtest (SW) and SupportPrimary responsibilities:- Leading and managing the departments- Managing and growing people - Project management- Building and structuring organization and work procedures.

Managing all aspects of callcenter on two separate locations handling in excess of 30.000 technical requests a year. Primary responsibilities were:- Restructuring and building callcenter after pulling out of extended outsourcing setup- People Management- Participation in integrated product development groups- Product courses and seminars at customers in.

Level 2 Support engineer in international callcenter handling worldwide support. Primary responsibilities were:- Support to german-speaking markets- Problemsolving escalated cases- Mentor to new employees- Planning and executing product courses/seminars
