I’m responsible For running food, making drinks, ensuring all customers orders are correct when leaving the kitchen and also clean and maintain a good standard of heath and safety during and after every shift. I also use the POS system to book in customers and greet them as they enter the restaurant.

Whilst here I was responsible for advising customers on furniture, asking their requirements and price range for the item and recommending an item based on their criteria. After I closed the deal I would then fill out the paperwork and delivery details that I take from the customer. I was responsible for selling things anyway from singular garden chairs too high end gazebos.

This job role helped me multitask and deal with a plethora of customers from all different walks of life. This was a very fast paced job with a lot of customer interaction which has helped me become a more confident person.
