• Main goal is to assure that the Foster City campus buildings maintain Class A (clean and professional appearance) at all times. • Support 1 million square feet of high-rise office space in Foster City)" which includes four buildings, two cafeterias, two coffee bars, gym, landscape and covered parking areas. • Work under the direct supervision of the Facilities Business Leader - responsible for the inspection and creating work orders for the various Foster City Buildings. • Coordinate small projects and contractors for work to maintain appearance of sites. • Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management . • Work closely with the cross functional team within Corporate Real Estate (CRE) to influence change management. • Assists any CRE function with completion of building aesthetics and functionality projects. • Manage the software required for the Visa Foster City parking counters and capacity indicators. • Cross functionally duties include Space Management, Mechanical, Engineering, Conference Room Management, Telecom and Employee Services (cafe, janitorial, mail room, copiers) at Foster City. .

(Total annual budget over 475K)• Manage daily operations for a 70,000 sq ft facility and 3 remote locations.• Manage Distribution (incoming & outgoing) • Vendor Management for all facility services• Facility space planning.• Member of Fun Committee responsible for planning all special events for employees. • Fire & Safety Coordinator.
