Manage the entire agent network with TRU World. Onboard new agents and tackle ongoingchallenges. Oversee student recruitment and advising for Latin American students. Managed all international travel bookings as well as all other bookings abroad. Workedalongside finance staff to develop accurate budget for overseas program and handle allinternational payments to partner and service providers. Accurately record and handle allpaperwork from applicants and answer all incoming inquiries. Make sure that all paperwork andinquiries were accurately inputted into database and pull data from database for all employeesuse. Oversee safety and security program and troubleshoot all problem both in canada andabroad. Liaison in a sensitive manner with partner organizations abroad and identify solutions torecurring concerns.

Perform all tasks included in program delivery including accommodation booking and travelarrangements.
