I’m a well-seasoned Project Management Expert with over 20+ years of experience in the Sales / Marketing & Construction delivery of the Real Estate industry. I am a domain specialist & I have a proven track record of delivering large-scale Turnkey Projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, and High-End Residential.I began my professional career at the age of 18 and have since gained extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Project Management, Contracts, and Business development sectors. Notably, I have led significant projects at Colliers International, such as the Mercedes Benz EV Turnkey Project in Pune.It was at Team One Architects where I learned the trick of the trade of how to multitask & take ownership of everything that came my way first hand. I had just turned 18. And being a voracious reader of English newspapers, I spotted a newspaper ad in THE TIMES OF INDIA. Business Development Manager Required. SALARY AT PAR for the right candidate (PLEASE WALKIN). I appeared for An Interview the same day. Came home with beautifully orange color printed pages called as the offer / Appointment letter with handsome annual salary with Incentives & Benefits. From here, there was no looking back. I could see the uprising of my financial resurrection. Throughout this landscape of 23+ peculiar years of my professional transformation. I’ve had the glorious opportunity to visit multiple international countries & destinations which have enhanced my ability to look at life on a wider scale. Currently I am in the pursuit of excellence in my domain & look forward to enhancing my career with the right association. Outside of work, I am passionate about sports & music, having represented Maharashtra State in U-17 football, reaching the runner-up stage & have played drums on live stage events on several occasions. I have earned accolades of certifications in most of the outdoor sporting activities & martial arts. I’m an avid Mother Nature Lover & have done numerous nature trails & treks across India. This epiphany of life taught me apt leadership skills & discipline in accordance with human lives. And this brings the same level of dedication and teamwork to my professional side.
