• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory• Meet contractual conditions of performance• Review the work progress on daily basis• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses• Analyses, manage and mitigate risks• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

• Projects Designing for different type buildings including site design, Meeting with Clients, Site development work, Landscaping Design, Building designing as per client requirements for Building Elevations and all type of architectural drawings (Building Sections, Wall details, Toilet details, Boundary wall details), Designing Drainage system layout, Water supply system layout plans and Isometric (plumbing), and Shop drawings & Site managing, Prepare B.O.Q and assist bid evaluation.• Prepare architecture design based on design requirements.• Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval.• Provide construction, time, cost, machineries, and other specifications to management.• Manage, support and guide designers involved in preparing drawings.• Review design requirements and determine best design options for building project.• Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas.• Design high quality, robust, and cost effective CAD product models by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams.• Revise and update CAD drawings as required.• Develop working drawings from sketches or descriptions developed by Engineers.• Work closely with other Designer and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design.• Assist in team design reviews in order to evaluate design concepts and make recommendations.• Establish and implement a CAD standard drawing database.• Create prototypes for CAD models.• Develop alternative design solutions or quick engineering solutions for complex problems.

Manage construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction. In this role, leads teams of engineers and contractors while meeting directly with clients to develop and execute large-scale projects according to schedule and budgets. Architectural duties with a leadership role in both Construction & Design as per client requirement, with Fit out as per approved drawing & approved material submittal.
