Contracted by Hays to work as a case reviewer in AIB Bank (Cork Commercial Closing Team), managing a portfolio of client cases as well as maintaining and managing the Excel spreadsheet outgoing arrears letters within the department.• Produce and validate loan documentation that is compliant with credit decision summary approval, regulations and lending policies and procedures.• Read, analyse and interpret lending related documents such as credit proposals and automated mark ups and reverting to Relationship Managers outlining clarifications required and error correction.• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Solicitors (internal and external) to ensure loan documentation is produced in full compliance with all relevant governance requirements and bank policies.• Monitor and control of portfolio cases by managing workflow on a daily basis, operating against challenging targets in a highly pressurised environment.• Stakeholder engagement with all parties (Business, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Central Securities) through the credit lifecycle (pre-restructure, restructure and post restructure) of cases.• Diarise all queries to and from Relationship Managers to ensure prompt response, action or error correction.• Manage and track cases to ensure condition precedents and security requirements outlined in the credit approval are fully complied with.• Ensure drawdowns are completed in a timely fashion with provisions released and all restructures are completed in line with credit approval.• Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements at all times.

Sole operator of Preachers Bar on Washington Street a subsidiary of the Reardens group working two days a week during my postgraduate degree, responsibilities included; all aspects of management of small bar e.g opening and closing the bar, customer engagement & stander of service, cashing up tills upon closer. Club bar (Secret Garden) set up and pre-opening stocking. Restocking as required during service. Given the fast pace nature and working hours of nightclub work, multitasking and efficiency in movement and thought are crucial to the maintenance of high standards and customer service in this workplace

Sole handler of all outgoing patient charts and additional documentation for the Endoscopy Department during the final year of my undergraduate degree as well for a time during my postgraduate studies. Organised and distributed of all outgoing GP letters, internal lab reports, distributed requested charts to consultants’ and Doctors as well as the return of unessential charts to central storage. I managed this workload as well as my educational requirements through the efficient organisation of tasks and effective time management while being allowed flexibility on working hours due to the good relations that were developed will working within other departments within the hospital.

In both a part and full time capacity, during the entirety of my undergraduate degree I worked within the Admissions Department of the hospital. This work served to develop my personal relations skills at both an employer and customer level will also proved sufficient responsibility for personal development during my studies. Given the sensitivity of the information that is obtained and managed within this department, discretion and organisational skills were fundamental to the good work habits I formed during my time within this department.
