My role at PGG, consists of processing incoming invoices on a large scale, correction of problems, which includes investigating what cost codes to assign invoices, correcting amounts or quantities or lines, following up on outstanding invoices credits; and entry of invoices in to an archiving database, along side that, I've been utilizing my skills with.

My Role at Tuapeka was a temporary position where i was responsible for preparing and processing invoices from suppliers, along with reconciliations at the end of the month for all supplier statements, using SYSPro. In preparing invoices, I match them up with delivery notices and purchase orders, make sure that pricing, quantity and amount supplied is.

This position was a temporary role that consisted of sorting, separating and preparing all incoming manual invoices for various egg distributions around the country, to be processed, I ran all daily out going invoices and credits, in addition to this, I also assisted other departments with admin and data entry work. My primary task was to handle data entry.

This temporary position included financial responsibilities towards paying support carers as well as handling purchasing orders, entry of data and maintenance, handling the ingoing and outgoing mail, as well as helping out other departments.
