In the subsequent season, the first for the club at this level for more than a decade, we achieved an 8th placed finish maintaining the clubs Championship status and ensuring the clubs resurgence would continue.Alongside playing and training other duties included:- Comprehensive analysis of opposition within tight deadlines using various software packages such as NAC Sport or Hudl, establishing patterns, habits and areas of tactical opportunity to give the team the best possible chance of success come match days.- Dedicated and disciplined approach to prehabilitive measures to remain match fit as much as possible whilst also, when necessary giving the same time and effort to rehabilitation post injury. - Thorough and mindful commitment to personal lifestyle choices such as nutrition, physical fitness (especially when away from the club in periods such as off-season), sleeping routines and skill based development extras.- Attendance of media interviews/events and corporate match day lunches/dinners/events. Alongside other players and coaches be the face of the club in these scenarios promoting the clubs image and vision to existing and potential sponsors and supporters.- Carry out community duties required such as coaching at local schools with professionalism.
