As the Head of the Office for Building Permits at the Department of Construction and Mobility in Winterthur, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the city's built environment. I have over 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, and public administration, with a strong focus on sustainability, urban planning, and risk management.My mission is to shape the city's building culture and foster collaboration among stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, commissions, local and regional governments, and private land owners. I have successfully led and contributed to several large-scale and complex projects in the public and private sectors, such as the Zurich Cantonal Construction Service, the Basel-Landschaft Construction and Property Service, and the Losinger Marazzi Acquisition for Public Sector. I also have a background in teaching economics and law at the European Business School / HSO, and hold a MSc in Architecture from ETH Zurich.
