I have a PhD in human physiology with experience working as a research scientist at Novo Nordisk A/S and University of Copenhagen. As a scientist I have primarily been working with preclinical animal models within the areas of diabetes, insulin- and GLP-1 pharmacology and cell replacement therapy. In addition, during my research I have focused on lipid metabolism and muscle physiology. I am detailed oriented, systematic and have a solid and proven experience in setting up new methods and collaborating with international scientists. I am agile and can easily adapt to new research areas and working environments. I am a team player who bring positive energy into a team and have a solid experience in leading a team. Collaborating via dialogue with a team and colleagues in other professional areas at all professional levels comes natural to me.
