Controlling focus: Leading a team of two controllers, monthly reporting to the board, planning process for more than 15 legal entities, ad-hoc analysis, selection and implementation of BI software. M&A focus: Development of an M&A strategy and execution. Projects include successful sale of a Joint Venture and the acquisition of a high-tech hose company including post-merger-integration.In charge of challenging projects such as a site expansion with a budget of EUR 7 million in 2016 due to my project management expertise.Gained additional responsibility as Head of Treasury in 2013. Focus: Financing strategy, including the negotiation and structuring of a syndicated loan agreement (EUR 40 million) as well as FX hedging strategies and execution. Responsible for one treasurer since 2020. Gained additional responsibility as Head of ERP since 2018. Focus: Leading a team of three ERP consultants (all new hires since end of 2020). Implementation of new ERP system Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the Azure Cloud with successful Go-Live (on time and budget) on January 1st 2019. Supported multiple process improvements and significantly expanded the data analysis capabilities (Power BI). Successful roll-out of the new system to first subsidiary in 2022.

My responsibilities included the preparation of information memoranda, pitch books, market and financial analysis as well as valuations to privately owned companies, corporate and private equity clients. I was the project team leader responsible for project management, client interaction and coordination of up to five team members, financial modelling as well as presentation of results to clients. I completed more than 10 deals successfully during my time at @VISORY partners. These deals include sell-side, buy-side and financing assignments for various industries with clients ranging from Private Equity to Corporates and Family-Owned businesses.
