Served as mentor to future officers and collaborated with University of Oklahoma faculty and administrative leaders from the perspective of the best overall interest of the University of Oklahoma, the ROTC program and the US Army. •Exercising positive command influence and leader development, I improved the overall academic enrollment, performance and timely graduation rates to more than 88% graduating in four years, while increasing average cumulative GPAs by greater than .5, resulting in more than double the number of students on the Dean’s and Presidential Honor Rolls. •As a direct result of the increased performance in the ROTC program, 100% of commissioning/graduating seniors were awarded their top choice of Army component and officer branch.•Through the revitalization and improved reputation of the OU Army ROTC program, there are plans for significant building renovations and donor investment in academic scholarships for the first time in 100 years.•I provided the strategic vision, planned, coordinated, resourced and synchronized the execution of the premier OU Army ROTC Centennial celebration. I worked across multiple organizations including senior leaders within the university, the SecArmy staff, Army Senior Leaders, Oklahoma Army National Guard and local community for the proper recognition of the OU Army ROTC program.

Developed, coordinated and oversaw all RAND (Research ANd Development) Arroyo Center studies sponsored by the Army G-3/5/7 while acting as the RAND liaison to the Deputy Chief of Staff.•Developed the first total Army Dynamic Strategic Operations & Readiness Matrix which allowed Army senior leadership to see all strategic decisions, operations, and transformation execution throughout the Army to support Brigade Combat Teams, Division Artillery/Fires Brigades, and Aviation reorganization. This readiness matrix allowed the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff of the Army and Army Major Commands to have a common operational picture of the largest Army reorganization since WWII in order to enhance their strategic decision making and operational readiness.•Coordinated with department heads to collect vital information for RAND to conduct critical analysis on strategic topics, which I then presented to Senior Army Leadership for endorsement.

Parker Award, recognizing the top aviation battalion of the year in 2010 and 2011.•Achieved an aircraft operational rate of over 90% while providing superb aircraft support throughout Japan and the Far East Region while also supporting bilateral military operations such as Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines, Cobra Gold in Thailand and Balikatan in the Philippines.•During the Great Eastern Earthquake and Tsunami in March 2011, I coordinated humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts in Northern Japan and ensured the safe evacuation of civilian and military family members stationed at Camp Zama, earning the battalion a Army Superior Unit Award for outstanding meritorious performance.
