Clinical evaluations: Organize and facilitate comprehensive clinical evaluations in conjunction with the relevant Product Specialist for the targeted product groups.• Clinical Implementation: At completion of the successful evaluation assist relevant Product Specialist with the commissioning of purchased products, once delivered.• Educational workshops / In-services: Plan, organize, conduct and evaluate educational programs for identified stakeholders e.g. Radiographers, Radiologists, NUMs, Admin and Purchasing.• Seek and identify opportunities for our sales team to further develop and grow the business.• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders e.g. Radiographers, Radiologists, Bio Meds, NUMs, Purchasing etc.• Involvement with re-certifications; working with the Product Manager (PM) as and when required.• Provide ongoing training for new and tenured salespeople as and when required.• Involvement with Tenders and KOL presentations as and when required.• Working with Product Specialists and assisting with workshops and helping to enhance knowledge at a customer level• Facilitating projects e.g. hardware audit, market research as and when required.• Interventional Imaging Clinical Support - Case support for II products, Microcatheters and Vectorio. Provide demonstrations for customers on products• Monthly sales reporting for public and private health groups.• Technical Service Support - Manage technical service agreements and warranty follow up with APAC TS team and local Key Account Managers• Provide monthly TS reports to management team on service contracts and action items for the month ahead.

Handling the Pharmaco Vigilance and ADR cases.
