Responsibilities include: •Ensure all trading administrative tasks are managed in line with agreed deadlines. This includes: setting up new products, tagging new products to the Zoom by Ocado website & app, setting up new suppliers, ensuring cost prices are correct. •Lead product set up for new listings, as well as maintaining current product information, checking it is accurate and in line with company guidelines. •Setting up promotional activities for Zoom by Ocado in the internal systems within critical deadlines. Complete checks once promotions are live. •Identifying slow selling products, providing recommendations to the Trading team to optimise commercial performance.•Creates the weekly trading pack for the Zoom team every Monday, ensuring accuracy of the report. •Works within deadlines for all accountabilities, working at pace whilst ensuring accuracy.
