My name is Thomas Kamal and I’m from STEM Assiut high school. Today, in the contemporary world, computer science is foundational for every profession. It’s my intention to make a contribution in relationship technologies, machine learning, smart technologies that will foster a more sustainable world. This is my inspiration and reason why I start looking for daunting missions where I can utilize my tech oriented skills to build the problems on the ground.Within my education, I have engaged in numerous projects that have seen me acquire some skills in programming, building embedded systems as well as analyzing data. These include participation in projects such as creating a smart home system based on Arduino and sensors or even creating a water treatment system for soil irrigation. These experiences, which have been beneficial from an environmental and engineering standpoint, also exposed me to technologies first hand. Such projects have also enabled me to boost my skills in programming languages such as C++, Python, HTML, CSS and JavaScript and prepared me well for a career in computer science.However, to some more of my interests, I am also a leader and an initiator of activities like setting up the ICPC STEM Assiut Community, the aim of which is to help students interested in CP, as well as being the president of the Asyut Physics Club. Such events have enabled me to learn something more valuable
