Within the HSE Department, I• managed the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at work (6+8 persons),• implemented all the safety advisers missions (by using a specific software), as defined in the Belgian regulations and after gap assessment,• adviced the Plant Management Team (monthly), employees and contractors for Health & Safety aspects thanks to presence in the workshop,• took into account INEOS rules and regulatory updates in our safety procedures (permit to work procedure for example) and trainings,• identified safety training needs of all employees and provided that training through in-house resources or external consultancies,• identified, investigated and reported on first aids, serious incidents, injuries or other events,

Within the Technical Services Department, I • coordinated projects in order to improve safety, environment, components quality, production efficiency & cost reduction for a Hard Chrome Plating Line and a Tubes Line,• coordinated a ~ 300 k€ project related to a surface treatment installation improvement (automation, instrumentation and supervision) : from specifications to Commissioning (just after a shutdown) & follow-up and respect of budget,• improved preventive maintenance plan,• improved workers efficiency with the creation of a "competency matrix",• identified, investigated and reported on incidents.

Within the HSE Department, I • enforced conditions related to "IPPC permit" (air, waste water) after gap assessment,• managed all the Environment aspects of the investment projects,• worked on the project “Environmental Management System” in accordance with ISO 14001,• wrote Seveso safety report for the site,• obtained renewal of waste water discharge authorization for the site.

As consultant for Abylsen in Caterpillar Belgium, I • began to enforce conditions related to "IPPC permit" (air, waste water) after gap assessment,• began to work on the renewal of waste water discharge authorization for the site.

As “Attaché”, I• gave notice on « permit to operate » and on safety reports related to land use planning around the Seveso sites.
