In this role I am guiding a team on designing, creating and implementing the data management software systems across various organisational units. My duties comprise evaluating, implementing and testing new software programmes on both front- & back-end (full-stack) as well as organising, discussing and aligning new project tasks with the business units and requirements/goals set thereof. Furthermore, I implement procedures for effective data management strategies and continually develop data-driven concepts designed to extend and improve the digital processes within the company.

In this hybrid role I was a core team member of the digitalisation transformation process (Digital Research Platform) within the organisational division unit. I was in charge of prototyping integrated micro-service systems throughout the proof-of-concept phase and had the pleasure to guide a team of front- and back-end developers geared towards building the in-house data management infrastructure software solution.
