Law Enforcement and Construction Management BackgroundClose to 20 years of Law Enforcement behind me with a focus on Training, Management, Education, and of course Problem Solving daily. Instructor for over 10 years at the Academy as well as a Field Training Officer for recruits. High rank within the department in Administration but with a major background on the streets dealing with day to day activities.Transitioned out of Law Enforcement to a position in Construction and Construction Management. Heavy influence recently on DATA Centers with Microsoft. Commercial Construction on the management side to include Project Management, Project Engineer as well and Superintendant skill set. Oh, and I can run a SKID steer and heavy equipment. Love it all!
