Actively manage real estate portfolio consisting of single family homes in the Waco, Tx area across three business entities. Perform property acquisition analysis, cash flow forecast, expense analysis, cap rate and equity appreciation. Perform and coordinate property updates, make-ready's and necessary repairs.

Active TS clearance. Evaluate and manage site-wide electrical performance through cost and schedule metrics as well as necessary efficiency improvements. Implement and maintain an operations excellence environment through work place efficiency and sustainability models. Integrate automated work flow progress tools for transparency on shop floor. Execution of automated wire analysis with DIT-MCO. Assist in future business pursuits through installation process planning and accuracy in bid efforts through performance metrics. Job responsibilities as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor include managing daily workflow, budgets and aircraft schedules on C-130 Military Aircraft for electrical installations and system check outs. Administratively manage employee training requirements, establish employee performance evaluations, and execute planned business strategies for a most efficient work environment while producing a quality product.Utilize software tools to task effort, track work in progress and forecast weekly efficiencies such as Solumina, SAP, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

Job responsibilies include testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems on C-130 and King Air 350 aircraft. Developing test requirements, test plans, and test procedures for newly integrated aircraft systems.

Perform electrical installations on C-130 Military aircraft to include routing, terminations, and continuity check outs in accordance with engineering wiring diagrams, harness builds and Air Force technical publications as applicable.
