Mr. Kenney most recently completed work on Price Waterhouse Cooper’s (PwC’s) Project Ignite - an internal global Workday HCM and Payroll implementation. The scope of the implementation covered 150+ countries and 250+ thousand employees. Mr. Kenney held two roles on this project. The first role focused on developing an automated regression test pack for Workday. The second role was test lead for the integration testing team. In this role, Mr. Kenney managed a team of testers responsible for testing integrations and web services for PwC internal and vendor systems. Mr. Kenney was the HRIS support lead at Nortek Inc. In this role, he managed a team that was responsible for supporting Nortek’s HRIS information systems including Workday (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Reporting and Expenses). In addition to leading the Nortek support team, he was also responsible for developing and testing configuration solutions to Nortek’s Workday HCM and Payroll system. Mr. Kenney worked as an implementation consultant for Accenture, a Global Management Consulting Service Provider for 15+ years. At Accenture, he worked on 10+ large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and was a Workday certified HR and Payroll implementation consultant. As a Workday implementation consultant, he delivered 2 Workday payroll implementations for clients. Mr. Kenney also held lead roles on multiple PeopleSoft implementations including payroll lead, data warehouse/reporting lead, time and attendance lead and testing lead. Through his career experiences, Mr. Kenney has worked in every phase of the system development life cycle. Mr. Kenney graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BSc in Electrical Engineering. After working for six years as a systems engineer for General Dynamics Corporation, he enrolled in the Bryant University Graduate School where he earned a MBA with a specialization in Operations and Technology.
