As a Lead Product Manager, I am driving the seeker experience across all apps of the AVIV group (immowelt, immonet, Seloger, Logic-Immo and immoweb) by focusing on User needs and KPIs and strategic alignment with web peers. As a Product manager, I was responsible for the LOTTO24 and Tipp24 iOS and Android apps:- Focused on Retention and User Growth initiatives, implementing strategies and features to increase user engagement and drive customer loyalty.- Implemented A/B testing in the app development process to continuously enhance conversion rates.- Working on making the LOTTO24 and Tipp24 apps compliant to the new gambling state treaty- Successfully built an in-house team, helping to recruit and leading a group of developers to strengthen the app development - Led a product discovery process to explore and conceptualize a new "collaborative lottery" experience, conducting market research, user interviews, and feasibility analysis to inform the development roadmap and enhance the product offering.- Published the Lotto24 and Tipp24 Android apps on the Google Play store, ensuring their availability to a wide user base.
