I am an experienced team leader/deputy team leader. I have several years leading a team on roll preperation. I am fully trained to drive cab cranes as well as remote and pendant cranesI have experience in driving a 100tonne remote control crane and driving a fork truck. I can also drive various class 1&2 tankers. I have had (3) years’ experience working at SSI UK/ Hargreaves where I was introduced to various high responsibility tasks that are required within a fast paced, engineering environment. Certain areas that I particularly excelled in were working safely and to minimize time lost. I was also good at helping to find faults when equipment went down.I am used to working (12hr) shifts, I have been trained to work these long hours during my time in the steel works and have over the years managed to organize my time efficiently to benefit the company that I am working for as well as for myself to keep me balanced and happy. I want to come to work every morning happy and in good spirits and I believe that a happy work environment that is well organized together with a positive outlook on life are the key ingredients to a job well done!I have experience in lone working and working within a team, I have no problems communicating with all levels of staff I had had to regularly report to my shift manager as well as my team leader.I hope that this brief introduction has pleased you and that you may be able to invite me in for a more formal interview.
