Live Claims Manager @ Sentric Music 🧡My current role involves managing our live team and making sure all our artists gig claims get processed on time, in line with PRO processes. I get in touch with artists, management, and labels to request gig information every month so we can make sure royalties are distributed quickly and efficiently.Previously, I worked on the copyright team at Sentric where I handled processing new song, submitting termination requests to PRO’s, YouTube Content ID (registrations, conflicts, and terminations) and Counterclaims. All of these really boosted my industry knowledge and I’d feel really comfortable re-visiting them as I often still help out with these kinds of queries.I’m very comfortable talking face to face, over the phone, or live chats and emails with artists/managers who have questions about what Sentric does, how it all works, and what we do on the live team.
