Serves as a Process Transformation Consultant for the Supply Chain Management Operations Practice. Works in the Aerospace & Defense, Industry and Healthcare fields. Mr. Keyser provides clients with services including Supply Chain Operations Management, Asset Management, Clinical Process Modeling & Improvement, Information Technology Solutions, Financial Analysis Solutions, Six Sigma & Lean Sigma Programs and RFID & Advanced Technology Solutions. Mr. Keyser is a member of the SCO New Business Development Team that identifies, qualifies and signs new business for the practice. He is currently working on the Air Force Purchasing Supply Chain Management Project in the areas of Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management and Commodity Council support at Robins, AFB.

Developed and implemented comprehensive, integrated quality systems which have enabled clients to achieve substantial improvements in quality, regulatory compliance, financial and overall business performance. Extensive experience with FDA guidelines and regulations, Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs) and the ISO family of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 13485. Worked with companies in the Biotechnology, Medical Device and Phama fields.

Managed Solid Fibre sales for 10 states with annual sales in the $5-7 million range. Provided new account development, client support and quality expertise to over 20 national accounts. Managed the quality and continuous improvement systems of the Integrated Product Group and the Container Division with annual sales of $748 million and 3,100 employees. Provided ISO 9000 system support for 22 box plants, total quality management and national account sales support. Introduced and implemented the Six Sigma program across the Container Division.

I qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer and an Aviation Supply Officer.
