During his service in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Tom served as Chairman of the Senate Community, Economic & Recreational Development Committee while sitting on Appropriations, Banking & Insurance, Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure (Vice Chair), Intergovernmental Operations and Law & Justice Senate Committees. Prior to, Tom served as Chairman of the Delaware County Council from 1992-2000. His extensive community and volunteer involvement includes service as a Director or member of more than twenty non-profits, organizations, and governmental agencies. Tom has been recognized by numerous organizations for his outstanding leadership and continued dedication to the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
