Working in a sterile pilot plant within Naturally scientific. Gaining vast knowledge of process, right from bench top reactor level all the way through to a pilot plant scale. Creating and developing the standard operating procedures and updating the health and safety records. Leading a team of four people: creating schedules and planning weekly tasks.
