• Orchestrate and create client demo reels from start to finish, including strategically selecting standout actor footage, arrangement, music curation, and video editing using the Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop softwares• Read and analyze scripts in the form of written ‘Coverages” to assess the viability of projects and determine whether to pursue for production purposes • Administer client itineraries and set meetings in client calendars, while corresponding with management and agents to ensure scheduling accuracy • Conduct various research geared towards project ‘packaging’, development of promotional content for production, and connecting industry professionals to clients to facilitate career growth • Manage the InEntertainment software, from submitting pertinent data relating to the coherence of relevant stakeholders and clients, to creating customized tracking reports and setting client auditions • Create multiple weekly reports that highlight high-priority follow-ups and tasks to be executed and demonstrate progress that has been made
