- Coordinated and directed high school sports coverage for MassLive in concert with sports editor, providing expansive coverage on all high schools in Western Massachusetts- Led the transition of MassLive’s high school sports department from print to digital, building year-over- year web traffic by more than 30% - Trained and managed a staff of high school sports reporters- Implemented a successful game film sharing system with local high school football and basketball communities

Daily responsibilities included team-themed link aggregation stories, high school site layout, and research on long-term UMass football project. Also covered local high school basketball games as a reporter and as a color commentator, was credentialed for every Boston Celtics home playoff game. Wrote game stories, feature stories, and more in-depth analysis.

Beat Reporter for the UConn Huskies football team. Attended weekly player/coach press conferences and reported news regarding injuries, depth chart, strategy, player profile, etc. Attended all home games and wrote game stories combining personal analysis and post-game interviews.

While a sophomore in college, established a Boston Celtics website with my brother and blogged about the team daily. Designed and maintained the website. Marketed the website, utilizing social media, emails and partnerships with other websites to establish a brand and increase that brand’s visibility. The marketing helped raise the website’s number of unique visitors to more than 2,000 daily.
