Supported launch team for pre-series builds for EX90 & Polestar 3 at VCCH C Shop (final assembly). Lead team driving problem resolution process to eliminate failure modes detected at inspection and product audit.

Launched greenfield ISRI Ladson plant, including managing allcontractors to set up the facility [electrical, compressed air, ITinfrastructure including file servers & cabling] through theinstallation of the assembly line from Germany.•Hired all production & quality staff. Responsibilities included managing the Sales department and Program Management.
