Williams-Ohio River Supply Hub-Hicks Liq Well Connect • Perform daily inspection of all construction activities to ensure the project remained in compliance with all required permits, plans and procedures to include photo documentation and authoring of daily and weekly reporting. Attend weekly status meetings• Perform SWPPP inspections after .25” rain events, and weekly SWPPP inspections• Prepare, update, and follow up with environmental punch list’s • Prepare and update restoration log to verify proper seed, soil amendments, and hydro-mulching rates are adequate, and correct per landowner stipulations and manufacturers specifications Observed and monitor R4 rip rap stabilization, armored channel, trench, bleeder, and curtain drain installations are to engineered specifications to avoid potential slip mitigation on severe slopes.

Coordinate environmental inspection activities with in the Williams Ohio River Supply Hub. Perform inspection activities as needed. Review staff reporting, provide guidance as needed.
