Unaccompanied refugee minors needs to, in accordance with the law, have a representative that act as the stable, personal advisor until they recieve a resicency permit. A representative is appointed to care for the interest of the minors, and make decisions on their behalf in collaboration with them, especially in regards to the transition towards integration. Tasks: - Advise unaccompanied minors, that have not yet been appointed a representative, through registration at the Danish Immigration Service. - Be appointed representative for children and youngsters, support guide and counsel them during their stay in Denmark. This includes vital decisions such as the application for residency permits.- Collaborate with the family or network of the child, in the transition to the municipiality- Support the transition towards a new temporary guardian for the child.

The position involves counselling and guidance of young people and their families, working out a professional child evaluation (børnefaglig undersøgelse), working out a plan of action for the family, initiation of the arrangements made in the action plan. The job also includes managing interdisciplinary collaboration as part of an entity based orientation revolving around the young person and their family.I worked with ICS as a comprehension based approach, and DUBU as the work tool. Kolding municipality work with the approach "family council", where the young person is the focus of attention. - Have recieved the 1-day course "Introduktion til ICS for myndighedssagsbehandlere" / "Introduction to ICS for authority case workers"- Has worked on a pilotproject, that airms to introduce the SDQ measuring scheme into social work practice. The project has cooperated with Aarhus University. - ”Super user" in the IT-system, DUBU, used at "Familierådgivningen", Department of Youth from Oct. 2015 to Nov. 2017The DUBU IT-system is used as the tool for organizing and managing the social work done within the families. The tasks as a super user includes local support for co-workers, contact with the IT-provider, weekly meetings with the department leaders on how to deal with IT-issues. The position also includes teaching co-workers how to use the system.- "Super-user" in ICS since Dec. 2017. The role is focused on supporting and developing the skills of the social workers in the departments in regards to Intigrated Childrens System. - Participant in the group "Quality in Casework", which is tasked with improving the collaboration, and quality in the social work done by the family department. - Put forward as "Praktikvejleder" (Internship supervisor) from aug. 2018
