Responsible for adding and on-boarding new marine vessels to the MAN CEON engine monitoring cloud service, including technical support and connectivity troubleshooting in cooperation with the customer.I take care of Retrofit order execution and handling of new hardware orders for customers who want the PrimeServ Assist service.I work in close collaboration with the sales team and provide them with information about potential new customers. One of my focus points is the overall user experience and I strive towards making things as simple, streamlined and manageable as possible.

External Technician for CPH Airport - Energy Department:My tasks included troubleshooting of electrical installations such as electricity boards and digital meters, optimising the transmission of data to the Energy Dept. of CPH Airport, and I coordinated with the airport authorities when planned power outages had to be carried out.In relation to this, I also created and updated new and existing electrical drawings and relevant documentation using SEE Electrical (Caddy++) according to applicable Danish regulations.Occasional hands-on electrical related work for various customers in the greater Copenhagen area.

Operation Department in Cylinder Condition Group, responsible for both two-stroke low speed marine- and stationary engines.My main responsibilities included:— Obtaining operational data from a variety of vessels equipped with MAN B&W Diesel engines and report relevant findings to the CPH HQ. Periodic inspections on test vessels and prototype engines at MAN ES licensees, which meant frequent international travelling.— Member of the internal 6-man MAN ES Oil Group in charge of evaluating and approving newly developed cylinder oil (from the point-of-view of MAN ES) before becoming commercially available. In connection with this, I also acted as a liaison between MAN ES and oil companies for developing new two-stroke cylinder lubrication oils, planning and carrying out inspections on test vessels in service.— Held key note presentations about two-stroke cylinder condition updates both in-house in Copenhagen and abroad.— Involved in the development and testing of an automated device, which could be used for optimising cylinder oil TBN and consumption.— Customer contact related to warranty claims.

At Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractors A/S I spent my sixth and final semester working on my bachelor thesis concerning heavy fuel oil deterioration and possible counter measures to be implemented by power plants worldwide but also greatly relevant to the marine sector.

Worked as an electrician specialized in home/office installations with various tasks all around the Copenhagen area. Mostly working alone on smaller assignments, however, I often took part in larger scale installations, which required team work.

Working at the stock of T.P.Musik Marked Aps, I took part in the pickup and packaging of CDs and DVDs for all of their shops on Sealand.

I joined T.P. Musik Marked Aps to help with sales during Christmas time. I was responsible for customer service and music advising.
