As the VP of Product Engineering at Sentinel Water Solutions, I lead the development and innovation of proprietary PFAS treatment systems, utilizing granular activated carbon (GAC) and ion exchange (IX) media technologies. Our solutions focus on operational efficiency and logistical ease, with uniquely portable vessels that minimize off-site media replacement demands. These vessels are hydraulically optimized for extended media life and are available in various materials and sizes, catering to specific site conditions and regulatory standards.Additionally, I oversee the production of a novel pilot skid, which significantly reduces pilot study durations while maintaining high accuracy compared to traditional pilots. Overseeing the Drinking Water product launch and long term roadmap

My responsibilities include:• Working closely with the Product Team to incorporate customer needs into the UI/UX and improve the overall experience• Helping customers to drive increased usage of and value from the Transcend Design Generator in support of their engineering goals• Analyzing customer usage and Transcend Design Generator data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the user experience• Developing best practice usage and use cases from across the Transcend customer base• Partnering with the Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and the Development teams to provide feedback on the usability of software solutions• Generating new ideas for business models to encourage growth of existing and new customer accounts• Working with the Product and leadership teams to develop strategies for TDG to address drinking water market needs• Participating in the development of documentation, including PR/FAQs and Technical Specifications, that outline drinking water tool requirements• Interfacing with consultants, Engineering, and Development teams to review specifications• Leading meetings and trainings to educate both internal and external teams on the drinking water market, strategy, and where Transcend Design Generator fits in• Testing of drinking water tools to ensure they meet client engineering and business requirements• Developing documentation and training materials on how clients can use these tools to achieve their goals

I am responsible for ensuring customers achieve the most value from engineering design automation software. The role entails understanding customer needs to get the right software functionality in their hands to maximize value. The role also entails making sure customer needs are met by the development team in a timely manner.

At Aqua I provide technical guidance on numerous projects to consultants, procurement, and in-house engineers as needed. I also manage projects by directing consultants on design work for systems such as remotely operated valves through SCADA. Additionally, I serve as the point of contact for telecommunications licensing groups on Aqua property by bridging the legal, engineering, and finance departments on cell antenna installations and upgrades. Lastly, I am managing several THM removal projects to improve water quality by performing data analysis on water quality and analyzing equipment costs/benefits.

I currently aid project engineering personnel on process equipment updates for Dial beauty care and Purex laundry care equipment. I also work closely with contractors and engineering firms to expedite the projects involving the demolition of old equipment, restoration of current equipment, and installation of new equipment. The projects involve creating both architectural layouts as well as mechanical detail drawings.
