Coordinated operation of an international research network of 200+ energy and development scholars. Managed yearly budgets, proposal writing, network communications, and research activities. Directed operation and execution of 2019-2020 network conferences and workshops for researchers, policymakers and practitioners.

Served as a peer responder for students who struggle with social or academic issues. Served since August 2016 and received training from the Wellness Center and Counseling and Psychological Services.

Worked with members of the Bergin Lab to incorporate low cost air quality sensors into a wearable design, for assessing personal exposure to air pollutants.

Worked as a researcher and intern for the Duke Lemur Center's SAVA Conservation Initiative in Madagascar. Conducted surveys and collected data on personal exposure to HAP, cookstove efficiency, and fuelwood collection habits in the region.

Worked with team to provide findings and recommendations to reduce Duke’s carbon footprint.Our research was conducted through interviewing, surveying, and comparative studies. We advised the DCOI on how to save energy in offices and motivate lasting behavioral changes, and created a promotional video.
