I am a California Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 35 years of continuous experience in residential appraising, reviewing and management. Most recently, I have been responsible for overseeing the residential and commercial appraisal operations in California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii for First Republic Bank. During the 12 years I worked as an independent fee appraiser, I learned the "nuts and bolts" of real estate appraising and honed the skills necessary to be a successful professional specializing in high dollar and complex valuations in the San Francisco-Bay Area. Those skills, coupled with extensive market knowledge, allowed me to successfully transition into management roles at major financial institutions including my most recent position.
