Responsibilities: Club and Hotel divisions for the so-called AIDAsphinx Class (2,500 guests, 630 employees from 28 nations, 5 subordinated Division Managers (direct management level) | 1,092 cabins | 7 buffet specialities and à-la-carte restaurants | 11 bars, 1,300m² spa, casino, retail space, among others, turnover, cost budget Results: Strategic preparatory work and operationally-successful commissioning of the cruise ship´s in the AIDA fleet, AIDAstella 02/2018 (2,500 guests/1,092 cabins) | previously-successful conversion to a new working time model: same performance without rest time violations | attainment of target goals with regards to guest satisfaction (NPS), turnover and costs Field of activities: ▪ Ensuring a hotel operation which focusses on the highest degree of guest satisfaction, top-class quality, efficiency, minimising costs as well as maximising turnover (OBR)▪ Development of new concepts for the continuous improvement of the hotel operation▪ Implementation of the technical instructions and coordination of all Service Divisions▪ Coordination of tourism services and all ship services▪ Planning, designing and participating in the daytime and evening programmes▪ Ordering; product/quality control of all divisions including the partner companies▪ Personnel evaluation of my subordinated Division Directors/Division Managers▪ Conducting personnel appraisals as well▪ Supporting continuing education and training programmes▪ Monitoring and guaranteeing qualified personnel management in all divisions▪ Ensuring the fulfilment of the health and hygiene guidelines/food safety policy as well as the safety standards, safety processes and safety guidelines with regards to workplace safety, environmental protection and health protection
