In my role and site manager at Janbor I development a wide range skills that relate to running of a business. I manage a team of HGV drivers, yard labourers and a small office staff. I ensure the drivers and vehicles are compliment with the law when relates to driving hours and vehicle ability to be on the roads.Mechanical fitting and maintenance of heavy machinery such as Talbots biomass boiler, jcb's, dobstapt shredders and screeners. Making repairs and fitting replacement parts such as motors, conveyor belts, bearings, shredding teeth and hammers and other parts when able.I also organise the services and repairs that can't be done on site for all machinery.I deal with a large portion of the customer service of the company and undertake such tasks as customer site visits, dealing with issues. I also help in finding new customer and suppliers.I also drive the machinery such and forklifts and loading shovels.
