I founded October Software out of the desire to help other project managers meet deadlines and stay within budget. The solution me and my team created helps Oracle Primavera and MS Project users communicate better with their teams and stakeholders. My goal is to offer a professional, cutting-edge solution at affordable costs.

• Initially responsible of controlling the FlexTouch© manufacturing capacity program.• The program had an economy of DKK 2.2 billion and ran in various phases• Continuous delivery of accurate and up to date financial project figures and budget analysis (variance).• Due to excellent results, I was hand-picked to run the project financials on the business critical FactorSeven© project (May 2014).• Run the project support function including scheduling, economy and procurement.• In charge with building credibility, establishing rapport and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.• Define objectives, assign tasks, track performance and manage costs of projects.• Continuously maintain alignment of projects with strategic business objectives.• Continuously mentor and lead the six highly skilled and highly motivated members of my team.• Develop standard controlling tools and processes.

• Managed a key project from sales to delivery within the scope and budget.• Hired resources and procured equipment for the construction site, negotiated issues with the client and.• In charge of minimizing Vestas’ risk during the execution of the project.• Liaised between different departments in different countries• Worked closely with my project team to identify issues and to ensure progress both on the construction site but also in our manufacturing and supply chain

• Built a Project Controls department from scratch during a period where the company grew from 12.000 people to more than 20.000.• The department was designed to put order into the chaos that ensued such a rapid growth.• Its main focus was project execution and project economics.• Was appointed lead person in implementing Oracle Primavera within the organisation.• Led the team who designed management reports and visualization tools, a report system for payment milestones and key performance indicators.• Built a cost model that would show the exact opportunity cost of capital for each project in the portfolio. The model was needed to determine which project to focus on in terms of lowing the cost of work in progress.

• Made statistical analyses such as linear regression, factor analysis and principal components • Built a special software tool combining SQL and VBA that could receive most data formats and transfer it to normalized data tables.• The software I built along with the models I proposed helped Ennova cut down the less value-added data setup time by 80%.

• Liaised between the company and clients in various countries on building software solutions.• Provided various analyses, reports and guidance for top management and project managers.• Developed software solutions and taught classes on new and existing software, like MS Excel and Ms Access.• Created and taught courses especially designed for certain clients

• Worked at the company’s headquarters or directly at clients’ offices.• In charge of posting financial transactions into clients’ financial accounting system and making their conciliation, income statement and balance sheet.

• Ran daily operations.• Organised my team members.• Had various human resources attributions.• Built an inventory system for the franchised restaurant I was working for.• The inventory system I built was used for minimizing inventory costs and tracking the products with low yield, thus making the restaurant more profitable.
