I have been working most of my career in international companies. My experience includes Project Management, Senior Management, Strategy Development, International Finance, Business Development, Marketing and Internationalisation, Commercialisation of new products, as well as Development of new markets. My place of work has been in Norway most of the time; I have lived in France and for shorter periods in the UK and the US. I have travelled extensively and the companies I worked for, had international owners. This combination has given me a unique insight in international business – not only from the Norwegian perspective, but also from foreign vantage points. I have an analytical and open mind and my strengths include relationship building, strategy development (both as a management and marketing tool) and understanding of cultures.
