-Served as a first responder on the student-run volunteer first responder emergency medical service for the Washington University campus.-Earned CPR certification and trained as an EMT in a semester long program including clinical hours with local ambulance and fire fighter services.-Learned to cooperate with team members and perform tasks while under pressure.-Upheld high standards of patient care when on calls.-Filed patient reports for legal purposes after each call.
