Represent the managing director in his absence towards employees and external partners.Main Duties:To reach/exceed the agreed and projected revenues for the Austrian domestic BioPharmaceuticals.-Develop and implement team targets and tactical plans to achieve the budget.-To build up the business and work on regular growth with the Austrian BioPharm team in market. - Integration of the sales specialists in the responsible area and customer projects-To ensure that all communication, reports and documentations like visit reports, SLS demands, special customer prices lists, etc. are done-Execute commercial initiatives as pricing plan, freight charge initative, DSO etc.-Promote and implement sales initiatives as pricing plan-Ensure the communication and work between the direct reports- specialists, marketing and technical support.-Manage the local marketing and assure their activities are in line with the business targets-Manage inside sales and ensure that the internal rules and specifications are executed-Headcount planning: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Marketing, BPS and support for “specialists”-Marketing and Capex Budget, compliance with regulations for profit-Determine and execute of sales targets
