Thomas holds a PhD degree in experimental physics from ETH Zurich. Since 2016 he has worked as an IT consultant in multiple roles reaching from business analyst, author of strategic studies up to project / program leader. Whenever possible, he likes to simplify complex systems to make them better understandable and solve possible conflicts. He is used to communicate adequately with widely different stakeholders reaching from employee teams up to the C level. His focus has been mainly in the field of Swiss Public Security Organisations, to maintain a safe place to live for all of us. During his time as a Manager at Eraneos Switzerland (named AWK Group until 2022, before international expansion) he interacted even more closely with clients and was responsible for large team mandates. After enjoying a few months of private family time starting summer 2023, he started in Feb 2024 as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at aucoma ag. Together with his highly specialized colleagues, he focuses on resilience against cyber threads and business continuity management. As a reward for his 7+ years of project management experience, he recently got certified as "Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B".
