Started when the company was less than half the size, and job description was vague at best and we all did what needed to be done, irrigation repair, equipment operation, payroll, sales, in return I received a sense of appreciation well beyond pay, I would have not had it any other way. Proud of what has been accomplished and looking forward to see how we move forward from here. Within that period of time one of my best achievements was being able to maintain a strong core management team, with little turn over, something not heard of often in the restaurant industry. Also as a store we receiving one of the highest ratings from the US Military for cleanliness and safety. Creating a refined retail route driver bonus system which help improve efficiency and production.Most importantly I listened to the employees and we stepped away from some corporate practices resulted in boosted moral and less turn over. I believe I help move this company forward, we reached a new highest level of sales almost every month consecutively for one year prior to my moving on. I was offed to purchase the business, but with technology moving as fast as it was within the industry at the time concerns of not be able to afford and keep up with it kept me from doing such, instead I help the ownership find the right buyer, and the company still exist to this day, a decision that I never regretted.
