I recently returned to Turner Construction this year as a Senior Project Superintendent working on a $100 million dollar project in New Rochelle, NY. Prior to returning to Turner I worked in the capacity of Executive Vice President and Safety Officer for Partitions Incorporated. Partitions Inc. focusing on all types of wall systems and all things carpentry, including but not limited to complicated general trades packages for large general contractors throughout the state of Connecticut. Prior to Partitions Inc. I served as a Project Superintendent for Turner Construction Company’s Connecticut Business Unit, from 2001 through 2015. My responsibilities in the field consisted of creating and maintaining the project schedule, coordination, quality and maintaining the allotted costs associated with each project. I was ultimately responsible for delivering my jobs on time and within budget.I joined the Turner team the spring of 2001 as an Assistant Superintendent for the Scofield Town school project in Stamford, Ct. In the fall of 2001 I was promoted to Superintendent. In this capacity I worked on projects such as UConn (ATIB) Advanced Technology Institute Building, Masuk High School, Tomlinson Middle School, Hartford 21, Manchester High School, RBS Castlerock, St. Francis Hospital, Unitedhealthcare at City Place in Hartford Ct, Bridgeport Hospital, Eastern Connecticut State University School of Performing Arts and Sacred Heart University’s School of Business and Communications.After high school I continued my education at Southern Connecticut State University and have 32 years of combined practical and managerial experience. I exercised my carpentry trade abilities until 1998 where I then was able to get into the management side of the construction industry.
