Primary responsibility for regional supply chain performance. This includes cross functional and cross regional coordination to support business needs & upstream supplier integration into the product build and delivery value stream. This role ensures customer needs from specific manufacturing site are met by coordinating and communicating with the rest of the Supply Chain organization and collaborating with Operations, Quality, Engineering to ensure on-time delivery & meet quality target of purchased product and services to support on time deliveries required to meet customer schedules (including expediting and delivery assurance). This includes overseeing placement of POs in accordance with contractual Terms & Conditions and Moog processes (government, regulatory). The Regional Supply Chain Manager will ensure proper upstream supplier integration (e.g. demand visibility, lean/flow materials management, managing & automation of procurement process and continuous improvement for product & industrial compliance) and be the coordinating interface with site Supply Chain & Procurement team.

Key role in establish governance of the effective deployment of SABRe* and the Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS) within the SCU's. Lead Supplier Quality Assurance function at Business Unit (BU) and Category division level defining strategy, approach, deployment and support implementation for establishing BU wide common supplier processes. Includes supplier selection, certification, classification, and supplier rating system and supplier development programs. Lead auditor and execute for BU / Category global, supplier audits and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). Leadership for purchasing sustainability program (social responsibility, EICC’s and environmental responsibility) in particular with regard to supplier sustainability monitoring and conformance.Establishing and managing continuous supplier quality. Minimising the Cost of Non Quality. Contributing in development and maintenance of tools, training plan and way of working for the supply chain. Focus on benchmarking or the process and results of SQA activities in other companies and industries.

Lead and guide a group of in-process QA Supervisor/Leaders in monitoring and controlling the processes and products quality during new products start up and mass-production to meet the customer’s specified standards. Customer interface in managing field return or compliant. Certify, monitor and control the processes and product qualities during the new product start up or specified production evaluation run, so as to ensure conformance to the specified quality standards.

Senior Engineer, Product Quality Assurance Engineered new process control & ensuring good product quality during qualification build (New Product Introduction). Leading in product QA function such as regulatory compliances (UL/TUV/CCIB etc.), developed quality criteria and quality of manufacturing, drive for continuous improvement, handle parts First Article Inspection (FAI), coordinate in new product launch requirements (First Customer Ship), developed quality procedure for outgoing product inspection, etc. Engineer, Supplier Quality EngineeringKnowledge in supplier quality management and / or ISO 9000 and QS9000 requirements.
