I have worked at Best Buy for five years. In that time I have achieved both operational experience as well as interpersonal relationship building. While my expertise is assisting customers when purchasing a computer, I also deal with training associates, cleaning the department, leading and assessing the departments needs. Before Best Buy, I served eight years in the military. While in the military, I was a sergeant in charge of material as well as marines. While in the military, I learned time management, leadership, team building as well as the importance of processes, procedures, and prioritizing tasks. I was recently certified as an EMT for my Fire Science degree but also plan to have an emphasis on business. I understand the fundamentals of a business and I am passionate about driving results and helping myself and others grow within companies.
