LS Contracting Group was established to provide full-service General Contracting for property managers, building owners, general contractors, management companies, developers, local municipalities, and private companies. We are a union signatory contractor and maintain a City of Chicago masonry and concrete license. Tom Laird and a former business partner formed LS Contracting Group, in March of 1999. Our staff, with a combined total of 60+ years of experience in the construction industry, includes seasoned veterans with decades of construction experience; craftsman skilled in many construction trades, field supervisors who know first-hand how to run a project through completion, and company principals who stand behind their work and assume ultimate responsibility for your project.
